  • Feels really good in the hand

Power

CZRR X5 Pro paddle has good power, but if you are an aggressive player, you may need to add the lead tape to get the extra power.

The 16.5” long and 7.5” wide body along with a 5.5” elongated handle is perfect to get extra reach.

There are very few elongated paddles available at this low price that are extremely helpful to play shots like bert, erne, smash, roller, and various two-handed shots.

By combining the Carbon Abrasion Surface (CAS) technology and Raw Carbon Fiber Surface (CFS), the CZRR paddle produces really good power. Carbon Fiber also gives additional strength and more stability to play longer games with less effort.

The CAS technology is also used in some premium paddles like JOOLA Hyperion, however, this paddle is almost priced double than CZRR X5 Pro.

So that’s great for us to get a high-performance paddle without spending big.

Control

This paddle is designed for strategic play. It has decent power, but fantastic control.

As the paddles are long and wide, they provide optimum control and maneuverability, especially near the net.

I am a big fan of polypropylene honeycomb cores! It is one of the best paddle materials that reduces annoying vibrations. Luckily, CZRR paddles come with multiple layers of raw carbon fiber and polypropylene honeycomb core for better control and comfort.

When we want a paddle to uplift our game, considering the ball response off the face is crucial. Unlike an average paddle, the CZRR X5 Pro provides unmatched responsiveness to play difficult shots.

It’s a lightweight and well-balanced paddle. So with some good skills, your reaction time can be reduced with CZRR paddles.

After power and control, the next important factor in our CZRR X5 pro pickleball paddles review is the spin.

Spin

When it comes to spin shots, the CZRR X5 Pro paddle may be just what you’re looking for.

The RTL textured surface technology is extremely helpful in getting higher GRIT and additional spin with added control.

There are many paddles for intermediate players with maximum spin, however, these paddles cost more than $120.

On the other hand, CZRR X5 Pro has enough spin for players below 4.0. So if you are a player between 1.0 to 4.0, the spin and control with CZRR paddles are enough.

Handle & Comfort

CZRR paddle has an appealing brown leather-look handle that attracts picklers. It is designed with soft artificial leather.

Having a comfortable handle that does not slip is crucial. For sweat absorption, this paddle has ventilation holes, so the hands do not slip. This anti-slip grip is extremely useful for longer games and longer rallies.

A long handle will make your work easy. With less effort, an elongated handle helps to play two-handed shots with higher accuracy. It provides extra reach as well.

The grip circumference is around 4.25”. This size is perfect for many, including small-hand and long-hand players.

However, selecting a paddle with a comfortable grip is crucial. It can prevent injuries and also you will have better control. So, it’s better to decide your preferred handle length and grip circumference before getting any paddle.

Durability

The paddle face is of raw carbon fiber and is manufactured using CAS technology, which makes it highly durable.

In the first month, it did not develop dead spots. Usually, a good pickleball paddle does not develop dead spots in the first 3 to 6 months.

The surface, frame, and handle are of great quality. With careful use, the CZRR X5 Pro paddle can last for 6 to 12 months.

It also has a good-quality edge guard and a neoprene cover to protect the paddle.
